Daniel’s short films have picked up multiple awards and screened at numerous film festivals all over the world. Both his television shows Murder Maps and Raiders of the Lost Art are currently available on Netflix USA & Canada.

His lineage can be traced back to Hungary and the Czech Republic, from where his grandparents fled during the 1956 revolution and eventually converged on Munich, where his parents grew up, and where he was born himself.

Having worked on German TV productions for several years, Daniel decided to move to London to attend the University of the Arts where he made his first short films, including Night in A Hotel which has won several awards and screened all over the world.

Daniel then moved on to direct dramatic scenes for the UK TV drama doc series Raiders of the Lost Art, produced by Cal Saville at 3DD Productions.

His most recent directorial work is the 4 part TV series Murder Maps, presented by British actor Nicholas Day.

Daniel also works as part of a commercial directing duo called Dan&Pete, represented by Odelay Films.
